1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DFWBots services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

DFWBots provides custom-trained multilingual customer acquisition platforms ("Concierges") and business management portals ("Room10SC") for businesses to capture and manage customer inquiries.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
• Not use the service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Client Obligations

Business clients using our platform agree to:

• Respond to customer service requests in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate Q&A content in their concierge
• Comply with all applicable business licensing and insurance requirements
• Not use the platform for illegal activities or false advertising

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is as stated on our website at the time of purchase. Launch pricing is limited to the first 25 clients and includes lifetime grandfathered rates. Payment terms:

• One-time setup fee: $1,000 (due upon contract signing)
• Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance
• Prices may increase for new clients after initial 25 slots are filled
• Early clients retain their original pricing indefinitely

6. SMS and Email Notifications

Our service includes transactional SMS and email notifications. By using our service, you consent to receive:

• Service request confirmations
• Emergency notifications
• Account and billing updates

Message frequency varies. Standard messaging rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS. Click unsubscribe to opt out of emails.

7. Intellectual Property

DFWBots retains all rights to our platform, software, and technology. Clients retain ownership of their:

• Business name and branding
• Custom Q&A content
• Customer data and service requests

The platform architecture, code, and underlying technology remain the property of DFWBots.

8. Data and Privacy

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Each client has a private portal - data is not shared between clients
• We do not sell customer data
• Service request data is archived for business records

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Scheduled maintenance downtime
• Third-party service failures (SMS/email providers, hosting)
• Internet connectivity issues

10. Limitation of Liability

DFWBots provides a platform for customer communication but is not responsible for:

• The quality of services provided by business clients to their customers
• Disputes between businesses and their customers
• Lost revenue due to service interruptions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Client retains access to exported data
• Monthly fees are prorated
• Setup fees are non-refundable

We may terminate immediately for violations of these terms or illegal activity.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
