DFWBots provides transactional SMS notifications related to customer service requests submitted through our platform. This is NOT a marketing program - we only send notifications directly related to your service inquiries.

2. What Messages You'll Receive

By submitting a service request through a DFWBots-powered concierge, you consent to receive SMS messages including:

Service Request Confirmation: Acknowledgment that your request was received
Emergency Response Notifications: Urgent updates for emergency service requests
Scheduling Updates: Appointment confirmations and technician arrival notifications
Service Updates: Status changes related to your specific request

Important: We only send messages directly related to YOUR service requests. We do not send promotional messages, marketing offers, or third-party advertisements.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service requests. Typical patterns:

Per Service Request: 1-4 messages (confirmation, status updates, completion)
Emergency Requests: More frequent updates until resolved
No Ongoing Messages: Once your service is complete, messages stop

You control the frequency by how often you submit service requests.

4. How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time:

To Opt Out: Reply STOP to any SMS message from us.

What Happens Next:

You'll receive one final confirmation message
No further SMS messages will be sent
Your service request will still be processed
You can still receive email notifications (if provided)

6. Message & Data Rates

Standard messaging rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. DFWBots does not charge for SMS notifications - they are included in our service to the business you're contacting.

Note: Check with your mobile carrier regarding any charges for receiving text messages.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS service works with all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers. If you experience delivery issues, please contact us.

8. Privacy & Your Phone Number

We handle your phone number in accordance with our Privacy Policy:

Used only to send service-related notifications
Never sold or shared with third parties (except the business you contacted)
Stored securely with appropriate safeguards
Deleted upon request or after reasonable retention period

9. Consent Confirmation

By providing your phone number when submitting a service request through a DFWBots concierge, you:

Consent to receive transactional SMS notifications about your request
Confirm this is your phone number and you have authority to receive messages
Understand consent is not required to purchase services
Can opt out at any time by replying STOP
